"I don’t normally write reviews but this one I felt compelled to. Today I decided to go to Caribou North (I went last month as well) and this is the second time where I spent 15-20 minutes in the drive through. Now when I arrived, there were only two people ahead of me and I got to order right away. However, I still had to wait that long to get my beverage. Since this is the second time this has happened to me in the span of two months, seems a little ridiculous. I can imagine it’s probably like this everyday. When I go to Scooters Coffee down the road, my wait time is 2-5 minutes, if that. I shouldn’t have to wait this long in the drive thru. It’s the morning, it’s going to be busy, staff your people appropriately. I think I’ll take my business back to Scooter’s."

"Can definitely tell they are training or something because the last 3 visits my drink I always get isn’t right. Usually they are on point hence why I regularly go to this location. Might need to start going to a different location for a bit….."

"For the last few months of 2023 they were extremely unreliable when it came to opening times and app functionality, but it seems like they’re back to their regular schedule now and have been much more dependable. The coffee is almost always good, though of course it’s expensive. Their perks program has gotten stingier but it’s still decent. Just be careful of the slippery parking lot in the winter!"

"Drive thru wait time is 3-10 minutes per car. Seems unacceptable. 11-19-23 update: Visited this location again today. I got ripped off for a second time this month. I am officially done ordering from this location. I ordered a large hot mocha like I always do and received a smaller cup than I was used to. I was assured by an employee, after my 12 minute wait, that I was receiving a large cup. Turns out these employees received good training on lying. Found out later if you're unsure of the cup size you're receiving. It's printed on the bottom of the cup. "-16" is a medium, and "-20" is a large cup."
