"Although each team member was extremely friendly when they came to our home, we were deceived when it came to finishing our project. We had an egress window, and a bedroom added into our basement. It took from October-January for them to complete as we were only worked in between other projects. We would go weeks in between without seeing someone. When it came to the end of the project and time to lay the flooring my husband offered to complete this in case we were going to go over budget. We were reassured that we were going to finish the project on budget and that they could surely lay the flooring for us. Only to find out that our invoice after finishing the project was $7000 OVER ESTIMATE! I get that an I estimate is only an ESTIMATE but $7000 is not only a little bit over. There was no apology for communication issues and a simple 1k was taken off our final statement. We are extremely frustrated with our choice of contractor and only wish that we can save someone else the frustration that we endured. DO NOT TRUST JOHN OLSON."

Construction began in a timely manner as arranged. Workmen were skilled, cordial, friendly, informative in response to any questions we had throughout, and cooperatively worked with our chosen Amish cabinet maker. They used quality materials, did excellent finishing work, and consistently cleaned up the sight. We were given a fair and reasonable estimate for the project, and even though they incurred some unforeseen expenses, they stayed within the estimate.
