They weren't and he came back on the next day that worked for my husband and I. They still weren't dry. He came to clean for us on a Sunday. He got everything done, and it smells so much better. We also had our couches done. He really brought those back to life. We had anywhere between one and four dogs on those couches and no one would know. One of those dogs was a HUSKY. "The guy was nice and on time, but we had a few issues discovered after the work was done... 1. He didn't tell us he couldn't cover the downstairs vents for the vent cleaning. The cat's water was full of debris for a day before I noticed, and my office was full of dust. I would have at least moved the cat's water if I'd known (or cleaned it earlier). 2. The outdoor cover for the dryer vent was broken by the cleaning. If it was unavoidable, I wish he would have at least told us we needed to replace it, rather than discovering it days later with snow in it. 3. We noticed much later that he didn't put the filter back in our furnace. 4. We were left to put back together the tubing for our dryer ourselves."
