Pretty Pooches

"I have been taking my dogs here for years but the last time my dog had a noon appointment and he was still in a cage 3 hours later when I checked on him. I was told my some rude women that she could just shave his butt area and his bangs this is 3 hours my dog was a reck when he got home never again don’t know what was going on new person working in there so rude saying she had to keep answering the phone but the way she talked to me cause she doesn’t know I’m the one paying her. First time I have not left a tip."

"Before I took my dog here, we never had any issues with his prior groomers. Seeing how the place is ran and what I've heard, I can see why my dog had gotten so anxious and now can't get groomed. My partner took him here last week and his groomer were condescending and rude. They had only bathed him and charged us close to $60. I would have just taken this loss except the fact that they couldn't even do his anal glands. Also, being told how dog meds actually work is pretty laughable. As if these people are actually vetinarians. I was able to up his dose and cut his hair myself. I say look elsewhere for groomers or do it yourself. Ask your vet on anxiety meds and not these groomers lol."

"They took care of Caesar boy. When I dropped him off he was dirty and smelly. When I picked him up he was clean and smelled great and I never knew a black lab could be so fluffy. He'll definitely be back!"

"Been going here for many years and have been very happy with their services. Our first Cocker Spaniel was groomed by Pretty Pooches for 12 years and now our current Spaniel who we rescued 7 years ago. They so a great job and are patient with our dog who is very anxious."

"I called last week Friday and they were able to get Luna in today. They did so well putting her at easy. When I picked her up Luna smelled so amazing her nails were well done. With them being black I always worry about people clipping them to short and hurting her. But they did the beautifully."
