"We returned from vacation and discovered that our septic tank alarm was on. We called Olson and they immediately arranged to come out and pump out the system after determining that it was probably the pump that wore out after 25 years. It was time anyway for required pumping, but they wanted to be sure that we didn't have any backup into the home. The tanks were full and we were fortunate . Then Olson came out replaced the pump and added a riser to one of the tanks. Special recognition to Mark, Dylan, and Justin for great work! They were professional and experienced and explained everything. Also, they cleaned up well and gave us options for some electrical work needed. Barb and Kaitlyn in the office communicated in a timely manner and ensured that we understook things clearly. "Olson’s Sewer Service helped us by removing an old septic tank that was discovered while our contractor was grading our property for a new garage being built. They worked hard and had the tank removed, crushed, and in their truck quickly. They then dumped a load of sand which was used to fill the hole, and tamped it down for a secure base for our garage. My husband came home after they had packed up and were gone, but one of the crew was still here sweeping the driveway and thanked him for using them for this project.
