"Every step of my experience with Naly’s was top notch! I can not say enough positive things about my Interaction. I was ordering online (very user friendly site), and had a few questions so I called the flower shop. The woman that answered the phone was so kind, professional and knowledgeable. I placed my order, excited to give a local small florist my business. The peace lily that I ordered was scheduled to be delivered to the church on Friday for a Saturday afternoon funeral service (no delivery on weekends). They attempted delivery on Friday but the church was closed. I received an email immediately stating they were unable to deliver but not to worry, they would have my order there on Saturday (a day they don’t even deliver on!) before the service began. The beautiful peace lily was delivered before the service, just as they said, and it was absolutely beautiful! If you want a florist that truly appreciates your business, order your flowers from Naly’s. You will be well taken care of. Naly’s definitely went above & beyond for this first time customer!"
