"Placed an online order 12 days before Valentine's day. Order was not delivered, called them the next day and they can't find my order. Was told to text them a picture of the email so they could do the order. They had to change the arrangement and gave me a free balloon. I wouldn't use them."
"If I could leave zero stars I would but this was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I purchased flowers as a surprise for my wife and they never showed up on the day selected. I purchased them through the website listed on Google. I called the store and gave them my confirmation number and they said that didn’t exist in their system. I asked for a refund and they said they don’t do that because it was processed by their parent network Teleflora. That was not true because my credit card statement has their store name on it. I called Teleflora and they told me that stores handle complaints and refunds if it was purchased through the stores website and that they don’t process the transactions either! This place is a total scam! Teleflora also had no method to document complaints of the stores they are associated with. They wouldn’t even write down the situation and report a store is refusing to issue refunds for promised goods. Ultimately, I had to report this to the credit card company due to the florist and their parent company failing to produce an item I paid for. Save your money and go else where!"
