Our realtor said she was very impressed with the job Ken did. He was easy to work with, answered all my frantic phone calls, and got everything done in the time frame we planned. His consignment store is a big plus in that I live out of state and did not have the time or resources to sell her more valuable pieces locally."

"Had the same experience as Mary and Debbie. Very disrespectful to my father's items. Ken never followed through on an estate sale agreed upon at my father's home. Just went to my father's home after canceling on a previous date and started loading items onto a truck. Never received an itemized list of the items taken out of the home after multiple requests. Severe damage was done to hallway when sleeper couch was not tied properly and opened up during moving, and then brerated his young employees and told them the repair would come out of their paychecks. Communication was very poor after items taken to his store and I had to threaten small claims to get my payment."
