"I contacted this company on a late Saturday night with devastating damage done to our property due to severe water damage from multiple pipes that burst. The company had men come within a few hours of my call to start the cleanup and dry out process. They have been courteous and professional throughout the process. I thought this company had only dealt with clean up of fire and water damage. To my surprise I found out that this company is full service for property damage. They came and started cleaning up and drying out our water damage. They were able to get estimates for all of the damage, worked with our insurance company, started the demolition process and has reconstruction contractors ready. This company has made an overwhelming and devastating time in our lives seem manageable. We have peace of mind and confidence that our property will once again be liveable and enjoyable !"

"We had a large 100+ year oak tree fall on our house at 3 PM crushing the roof and ceiling of our master bedroom. The shock of the falling tree shook the house to the point where pictures fell off the walls. I called Service Master in Green Bay that evening. They offered to come out that night but since it had stopped raining I told them to come the next morning. They were there by 8 AM ready to wrap the damaged part of the house once I had my tree guy remove the tree. Did I mention that I live an hours drive north of Green Bay? The house was wrapped and they started water remediation later that first morning. Steve Dittmer, as the Reconstruction Manager and Perry Schneider the Project Manager exceeded our expectations in their professionalism and co-ordination of sub- contractors in getting our house repaired and livable. We owe them a HUGE debt of gratitude for their superior service."

"Please steer clear of this company. The trauma they have caused beyond our house fire has been devastating. They’re holding my sentimental belongings hostage (ashes of loved ones, heirloom furniture, family pictures) and requiring me to sign a letter absolving them of their responsibility, which if they actually did their job wouldn’t be an issue. A complaint with the BBB has been filed as Todd Frank Service Master owner refuses to return my belongings. Despite being paid in full. Beware, absolutely horrific business practices. Do not use this company. My home owners insurance has terminated their agreement and future work with this franchise because of this situation."

"We had water damage in our basement in June, ServPro was the first people to come in due to insurance providing them. Everything was going fine until we were told we would have to wait 2 months for 4 small sections to get drywalled and painted. I got in contact with Ricky and he was able to get someone there less than two weeks. Ricky was great to work with and made sure everything was taken care of and that we were happy with final product. If we ever have a problem again I will be contacting Ricky for our service needs. "Horrible experience. Stay away! If you are working with the disaster recovery team only it's worth possibly looking into. HOWEVER- NEVER use them for any rebuild or construction needs. We lost our house to a fire and it was more traumatic to work with servicemaster and the contractors then the fire itself. We worked with 5 different "contractors" during a year timeframe. No communication after several attempts from myself. Lie after Lie. Signed original contract and heard nothing about work or money owed until I didn't want to work with them anymore and then charged me 45k more than the contract that was signed (without any signed addendum of increase). Also charged me for work not even done- so unless you want a mess and to hire an attorney. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM."
