"Good service overall. We supplement the lawn care with an in-ground sprinkler system (from previous homeowners) and overall a very comfortable lawn on the bare feet. We've gotten compliments too on it. Perhaps one needed area of improvement would be fielding customer feedback. In our recent treatment, the tech was very harsh on the lawn, burning a couple spots (too much spray???) and turning so abruptly on the 4-wheeler as to rip the lawn in half-dozen spots. I reached out 2 weeks ago and no response from them. You can see in my picture how well the lawn looks and the unfortunate repercussions of being too fast/quick in the job."
