"I stopped in looking for a brass hose fitting for an off brand pressure washer. The boss took me in the back and we matched the best they had but the threads were not national pipe thread. "Awesome service. We trouble shoot a unit that we purchased new from them about 15 years ago and it would only run on choke. We were very frustrated with the problem. Our fault we left old fuel in it. They kindly picked up our larger heated pressure washer repaired it and delivered it. As a busy businessman this convenience was over the top. Our sales rep also brought a demo floor cleaning disc attachment for us to try out. Unfortunately a week later the HV power supply for the heater water failed. I contacted them again and the service I received was second to none. Now I can't say they will have this availability all the time however I would highly recommend them. BTW they kind of know a lot pressure washers..."
