"I have never dealt with such an unprofessional business owner. We hired him to pressure wash my dad’s house since he is older and I would really prefer he stays off of the roof/ladders. Hiring someone also gave us the impression that it would be professionally done, but far from it.. To start, Mark the owner is a one man business. There is nothing wrong with this, but on the phone he refers to himself as “my guys” or “my team” in order to claim ignorance when the job is done poorly. The first day that the pressure washing was scheduled he never showed up. Calls an hour and a half after their scheduled start time to say he needs to reschedule because “his guy’s truck broke”. Then he said he will do extra work to make up for the inconvenience. My dad had to take the day off of work and can not keep doing that on short notice. None the less we were willing to give him another chance and rescheduled because things happen and we took his word that one of his employee’s had a vehicle issue. This is of course before we found out he works alone. We rescheduled for one week later and he again was 2 hours later than he said he would be. You would think if you already canceled on a customer that you would be on time for the reschedule, but that apparently was not important to him since he said “it wasn’t two hours, it was only an hour and a half”. Mark obviously has overbooked himself because he spent maybe an hour on the house left dirt, muddy hand prints, and damaged one of our downspouts, before rushing off to another job. When we contacted him about this simply trying to get the job completed (even if that meant him coming another day) he threw a tantrum like a child cursing, claiming that he can’t clean aluminum siding and that “at least it looks better than the before pictures” and hung up on me. If he wasn’t able to clean the siding he should have relayed that and explained why the price is what it is, but instead he just up and left. Extremely unprofessional individual. When I asked for insurance information to get the downspout repaired since he refused to discuss it he claimed we were trying to get free stuff. We have no problem paying for a service, and honestly would have paid more if he said the job had been under quoted and he needed to do more work than anticipated, but he didn’t say that he just left the house filthy. I think that perhaps Mark is targeting older people who cannot complete this work on their own and taking advantage of the fact that they won’t reach back out when the job isn’t done well. I will not stand for my father to be taken advantage of by this scam artist. We don’t want any money back, we really just wanted the work to be finished, but the owner is impossible to communicate with. All and all we are out $520, and I can’t emphasis enough that no one should do business with this man. I would urge you to also read the Facebook reviews where other people have said he threatens them after he causes damage to their home. I really wish I would have seen those reviews before booking this service. Don’t get scammed like my dad and I did. (In the 3rd image you can see a small area that was cleaned by hand by us, so when Mark claims the aluminum siding can’t be clean it appears that he didn’t even try.)"

"If I could I'd give zero stars. The owner is a complete jerk. I scheduled the job, he had to reschedule, apologized and offered 30 to 40 minutes of extra work for free. Showed up over an hour late, did a horrible job and was done and gone in just over an hour. An hour? What about 30 to 40 minutes extra work? I would never hire this company again and would never recommend them. Maybe one of his competitors can come by and clean up the mess?"
