"I scheduled a Deep Cleaning/Move-In service with Avellas after my wife and I purchased a home, as we wanted to make sure it was spotless prior to bringing our belongings in. This company had great reviews and transparent pricing. They had a flexible cancellation policy, and were also great at communicating as they sent reminders via text and email about the scheduled service on the evening before as well as the day of. Unfortunately, not much else was as exceptional. I was not impressed by the work of the team that was dispatched. They were ill-equipped (e.g. showed up without shoe covers, which did not make sense as one of the paid tasks was to vacuum the carpets and mop the floors), mistakenly left behind cleaning products, and it seemed as if they completely missed cleaning some areas altogether. So much so that I felt the need to call the office and ask to be partially refunded due to dissatisfaction. They offered to send the team back to my residence. They returned the same day and revisited the areas I indicated, however, the experience was a great inconvenience. Overall, I do not feel as if this service was a great use of my money (and they are not cheap). And frankly, had I had the time, I would have done a better job myself."

They didn’t do window sills, patio door with dog prints on it, couldn’t bend over to put trash can on floor - instead put it on my open work binder and the last time they were here they knocked towel holder into wall and gashed it. The girl laughed and never told me. I was on the other side of the wall when happened."
