"Dan and Don came out to clean my carpet this January 2021 season as my apartment complex arranged for them to come out and clean my carpet.. they were professional prompt and very informative. Excellent individuals as well as working in a team ... that type of showmanship you don't see anymore or the respect either, which they have for you and your home. "If I could have given them no stars I would have. These crooks came to clean carpet in townhome that I was moving out. They guaranteed their work that is why I used their services. My carpet was not bad accept I had a few stains that I needed to be removed. These guys came and did my three story townhome in 90 minutes and never treated the stains. Good thing I went to check the carpet because I made them aware. Don used a stain remover that he was trying to sell me for my next place and it didn’t work at all. The stains were still there. I called him asking for my money back and he told me we felt we did a good job and that I would not receive a refund. Please please please do not use these crooks. I had to call another company and was out of $185."
