Linda was the operator and she educated me through what’s all the requisites someone should know about septic, how it’s different from the sewer world and offered to also send more info via mail. She also looked up and gave info on when the cleaning was last done and that I didn’t need it right away unless I had problems. Considering this interaction and all the other good things I’ve heard about this business, I will recommend them to anyone anyday!"
