"They will ruin your clothes, send it to a "lab", then say it's not their fault. Have been coming here for 3 years, by far the worst experience I've had at any small business. Bought a suit in early 2021 for summer weddings, wore it only 3 times, and always dropped off at Klinke. Unfortunately, I never looked at the suit after picking it up, and zipped it back up in my suit bag, only to find when I wore it at a wedding that weekend, I had guests asking me why my jacket was so messed up. Looks like someone left a hot iron on the back of the suit jacket. Asked Klinke to see what we can do about it and here's what ensued: Jenny - the manager at Klinke Waukesha/Brookfield was always "on lunch" and wasn't able to take my phone calls when I tried to ask what could be done about the jacket. I left my number 3 times for a call back and never got one. Finally called the corporate office, and they asked me to drop my jacket off. Once I dropped it off I was told they would send it to "a lab" for some forensic inspection. Fast forward a month later, I have to call to get an update, and Jenny was kind enough to finally call me back and tell me the cleaners had no fault, and the "damage was physical in nature" - What the hell does that even mean? Hoping others see this review and avoid Jenny, and Klinke. 0/10, Wouldn't wish my worst enemy would come to this dry cleaner."
