"Really disappointed with the new home cleaning service. Not only was the cleaning mediocre, but the service is charged hourly and the cleaners recorded an extra 30 minutes of time ($42.50). My husband was home at the time and took note of the time they began working and the time they left, and it did not agree to what they recorded and what we were charged for. If they steal time (and money) while someone is home, I can only imagine what they would steal if they were alone in my house. I absolutely would not recommend this service. Further, when I called to comment on the amount we were being charged and described the situation to who I assume is a manager, I did not receive an apology or a price adjustment. I was told he would check with the cleaning ladies and get back to me. Well, it's been a week and I've heard nothing and my charge was not adjusted."
