"My experience with Molly Maids was highly disappointing. Despite discussing specific cleaning tasks, my cabinets were neglected, counters left streaked with food residue, and floors still had marks. When I voiced my concerns to the owner, the response was dismissive and almost argumentative, downplaying the issues as "a few spots of things missed." Frustratingly, the promised cabinet cleaning was entirely overlooked. This lack of attention to detail and unprofessional response make it difficult to recommend Molly Maids."

"I was able to schedule online which was great and then had wonderful communication with Larry while trying to squeeze me in based on my urgent request. The team of Morice and Danielle was amazing. My floors, bathrooms, kitchen sink, surfaces and carpets looked great. They were so thorough and very nice. There was one team that came first and could not finish because of the size of the job. Larry had let me know this ahead of time so it was no problem to have another team the next day. I found some things that the first team fid not do to my satisfaction and the team of Morice and Danielle were able to redo those areas very well. Larry was very responsive to my concerns and addressed them immediately."

"Last Friday 3/1 I had a move out clean done of my house. I was told on Monday that my house was in bad condition according to the girls and that it took extensive cleaning. While I did admit that the master bedroom bathroom shower area needed elbow grease, I told Larry that the rest of the house was in a clean condition as it was always in a "showing" state for buyers. I was also told that the hallway bath needed good scrub down. I told Larry that the hallway bath was a complete flip and had not even been getting used. I then sent Larry pictures of my home and was told that due to not seeing the "exact" condition my home was in he could only offer me $25 off. I also told him to call my realtor to vouch for the condition of my home and he did not. Drawers, cabinets and closets were not wiped out either. Completely unsatisfied and have warned my realtor and advised her to let the Lake Country area know to never use the Pewaukee branch."
