"Over the weekend our tub spout would not fully shut off. IHN arrived on Monday which was great, but spent the time researching a custom replacement part they were unsure their suppliers could get. The plumber did what he could, but left me with a bill of $364.79 and the same problem I had before he arrived. Called twice to discuss bill with office staff. Eventually they returned the call to my husband, not me, and told us "their plumber needs to be paid for his time." Do not recommend."

We hired IHN to install a liner in our lateral two years ago. They did a great job. They were on time. Their employees were friendly, efficient, and cleaned up afterward. We also hired IHN to take care of a backup in our sewer line. Annie was/is an amazing person. Extremely customer service oriented, and is a person who just genuinely tries to help you out. There really aren’t that many people like her around anymore. They were able to get someone to our home right away which I really appreciated.
