King Koin Launderette

"My husband an I frequently visit this business to not only wash and dry our laundry. But to purchase pop from the vending machines.. At times the washers give trouble with not having water in then during the wash cycle . Therefore we have to wash that particular load of laundry twice .. The pop machine is a cheaper smaller version of any snack vendor I've ever seen. We go into this business on almost a daily basis to purchase 2 Sunkist pops. 8 out of 10 times the pop machine will take the $1.25 and you cannot get the money back by pushing the red Money return button. So, we fill out an out-of-order slip ( provided by King Koin ) and the owner/operater mails us the refund.. well, we came home today and checked our mailbox to find a hand written letter stating that we ask for a ton of refunds.. We highly take offense to this accusation.. If the machines were fixed or loaded properly, we wouldn't need to ask for a refund. If the machine takes our hard earned money and/or washing machine doesn't work properly, we're going to ask for a refund everytime.. I mean , are we expected to just forfeit our money? Does this worker not want our patronage? I take the letter as him accusing us of being thieves.. We don't appreciate the tone in the letter .. This is wrong, especially when I've spoken to this guy in person an via text involving the machines taking our money and in regards to our refunds . I hope I get to speak with the official Owner about this.. Be extremely careful purchasing a pop, and it's like rushing roulette when it comes to a pop dropping from the vending machine. Because of the accusation, I withdraw my previous review of 5 stars. I now rate it 1 Stat. How dare this happen this way"

"Very clean, friendly staff, and easy to find/follow directions for refunds for any problems you may have. While I haven't had any problems with the machines, there always seems to several with "Out of Order" signs on them. Vending machines available, as well as a change machine."

"Unfortunately as nice and clean the facility is they have very limited working machines. No big washers. Could not put quarters in 5 of the driers and several were already marked “do not use”. The facility however was clean"

"It is clean and new, machines are in good shape. Be wary if you use a card to pay, there is a 3% “convenience” fee which is clearly marked on any machine that accept cards. I did how everything get overcharged on one machine by several dollars, used 2 machines side by side with the same settings, one charged 7.09 and the other over $9. Just something to keep in mind"
