"Had gutters installed last year by them. Difficult to get a hold of them, and had to call again a few weeks later which prompted them to finally come out. To their credit the gutter & downspout quality is really good, but the installation left something to be desired. The slope of the gutters weren't gradual but rather drastic, which looking at from certain angles doesn't look good at all. Additionally, I had to drive in a few extra self tapping screws in certain areas and add silicone in order to stop leaking where the gutters meet the fascia--which leaked in spots during the very first rainfall. The gutters work o-k for now but I'll likely be having someone re-do the gutters and fascia once I have new shingles put on. Perhaps it was just a poor employee who did this? I made the mistake of not calling back to have their company correct this, but I can only assume initiating a fix appointment would have taken just as long and resulted in more holes in my fascia. And with how much I had on my plate at the time, I didn't have the time to chase them down. Anyway, I can't in good faith recommend this company."
