"Being a 24 hour facility, this comes to a huge advantage for me since I work late hours. They have been doing a lot of remodeling, while still keeping the prices reasonable. This is all very nice. With that being said, I noticed there has been a major privacy issue regarding the bathroom door, as well as camera placement aiming at this door frame. Just because a few people did some poor choices in the bathroom, does not mean the other paying customers should have to deal with a toilet, with a camera pointed directly at it!!! There is absolutely ZERO excuse. Many other businesses have the same issues with people misusing the restrooms, but they do not take the doors off of the bathrooms. This is a huge privacy issue. Do stores point cameras at fitting rooms without doors because of shoplifters? Absolutely not! Last night, I walked in and heard an employee of the laundromat having a vulgar argument with a customer. He was demanding the customer leave immediately, due to his opinion on the door. Three cops had to be involved. Though the employee may not have control over the situation, this should not be defended. It is downright wrong and inexcusable. There are many other solutions to this problem. For example, having a secure bathroom password that changes frequently, making the restrooms for employees only, as well as having the on site employee give out a bathroom key. I am sure that once this situation is fixed, more people will feel comfortable and safe using this facility for their laundromat needs. Until this issue is resolved thoroughly, I will be continuing my business elsewhere. I say this in hopes that this business will come around and make some more changes for the better, as this has been an issue for a very long time."
