"Update, the stand I had to buy in addition to original purchase came all scratched... Do you think anything will be done? Buyer beware! Bought a egg chair which did not come with a stand (I did not realise this at the time). I could buy a similar product for half the price eleswhere, so on the day i got it, I asked tor reuturn it. They stated that return costs would be $500!!! This in my opinion is nothing more than a scam!"

"BUYER BEWARE WITH DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY THAT SELLS GARBAGE QUALITY MERCHANDISE. ORDERED 3 OUTDOOR PIECES THAT ARE SOLD AS OUTDOOR "DURABLE" PIECES, AFTER BEING KEPT IN GARAGE AND ONLY PUT OUTSIDE ON WEEKENDS FOR USE IT HAS BEEN ABOUT 8 WEEKS AND THEY ARE COMPLETELY RUSTING OUT AND COMPLETELY FADED AND WENT FROM GLOSS BLACK TO MATTE AND PEELING. COMPANY TOLD ME I LIVE TO CLOSE TO THE OCEAN AND THAT IS WHAT HAPPENS AND WONT STAND BEHIND THEIR GARBAGE MERCHANDISE. SAYS SATISFIED OR REFUNDED ON THEIR WEBSITE, SENT PHOTOS OF THE DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE AND THEY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING BECAUSE THE OCEAN IS A FEW MILES AWAY. THEY WILL PROBABLY HAVE SOME POINTLESS RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW BUT STAY AWAY QUALITY IS A NEGATIVE ZERO. IF YOU KEEP YOUR PATIO FURNITURE IN YOUR BED ROOM AND LIVE IN A FOREST AWAY FROM THE OCEAN MAYBE THE WARRANTY WILL WORK."
"AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! After having one of there patio swings for 13 months, the swing broke. Even though it was no longer covered by a warranty, the company had a new swing delivered in 24 hours of my notifying them it was broken."
"I called customer service to place my order. The representative was very professional and very helpful. Order was placed on Monday and arrived on Thursday. The items were very safely packaged and arrived without a scratch. Thankfully this was a no assembly purchase! Ordered the Meranti Folding Octagon 35" table and the Meranti set of 2 folding chairs. I just love that I can set them up in less than a minute and they lay flat very nicely. I am very happy to have this delightful set in my home. Thank you so much for having this.
