"I was very disappointed with my experience. I was refereed to them through a family friend. I called them on a Monday to ask if they could clean out a rental by Friday. They said they could clean it by Thursday. I dropped the keys off to their office (which has no sign, and is difficult to find) on Wednesday. When I called on Thursday to pick up the keys, and pay them they informed me that they had not cleaned the rental. The reason they gave was "there was painter's plastic on the floor" and "the water was running in the bathroom". There was plastic in one of the bedrooms. (I had told the person when I hired them that there would be some stuff left in the apartment, and to just clean around it. I also said I REALLY only wanted the bathroom and kitchen cleaned.) As far as the water running... the tub sink was leaking. I was disappointed that I was not called ON Thursday to discuss why they weren't cleaning the rental. I was disappointed that when I asked AGAIN if they could clean it by Friday they still hadn't cleaned it by Friday at 5pm. When I asked for my keys back there was no apology for the miscommunication or wasting my time."
