"This is my second year with these folks. They were/are hardworking and trustworthy. They got the work done in a timely fashion. Only had one plowing this year and it was also done in a quality fashion. Mel also arraigned to remove an overhanging tree obstructing my driveway. It was a remeninent from the ice storm we had last year. An an unexpected bonus for sure."

"I hired Squeegee Squad last year and the results were fantastic. Very prompt and great follow up. I hired Squeegee Squad recently again based upon my past experience. The experience could not have been any different. I spoke with Hannah in their office. She was polite and professional. We set a date for my work, but I told her I would need a written proposal or I would need to cancel. Two additional requests later I asked to speak to Darcy or Mel for help. Neither returned a call. I followed up looking for either owner without success. I now believe Mel and Darcy are no longer part of the Squeegee Squad business as I would have a received a call right away last year... No longer the case now. I did have the work done on Dec 6th after Hannah confirmed a quote by text just prior to my date. Tim was the onsite person. I asked for an additional quote to have hard water removed. Tim said the office we forward a quote to me that day. As of this morning I have not received anything. I am not sure if I would recommend Squeegee Squad as I am not sure which version of the business I would be referring."
