"Was here on 12/10/23. Immediately when I entered, pretty strong smell of mildew hit me. I decided to give the washers a whiff to see if that’s where it was coming from, definitely was. All the washers I smelled reeked. Absolutely foul, I can’t believe anyone would wash their clothing here. I turned right around and walked out. The owner needs to get that fixed asap because I don’t imagine many people want to use a smelly machine to wash their clothes. Even the washers looked grimy and dirty. The photo that comes up on Google looks nothing like what I saw. Gross."

"Very dirty. The floor was filthy, the washing machine fronts were nasty, garbage was full and the bathroom door was locked. The prices were not terrible but still more expensive than any other place we’ve been. They had a TV on the wall but it was off, so bring your own entertainment."

"I found this place to be pretty clean and most of the machines were operational. The prices seem in line with what we be been paying elsewhere. The dryers worked especially well"

"Some washers and dryers accept cards, when they want too which is very frustrating when you don’t have cash to put in their change machine. Frequently have broken down equipment. Half of the dryers are missing the doors. Vending machine has never worked and has broken glass. Bathrooms are never unlocked. Annoying that Ashland doesn’t have a laundromat that is actually cared for."
