"Although Jeff was very accommodating and returned to the rental two additional times after the initial cleaning, the overall job was very poor. I would recommend getting a written plan of what exactly will be cleaned. I was promised a turn-key cleaning, but I can provide many pictures before and after each visit that says otherwise. I hired the company to clean an empty apartment, including washing the floors, surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom, carpet shampooing in the living room and the cupboards in the kitchen. The carpet was cleaned, but there was debris left along all of the walls from the shampooing, including dust, hair, and screws. It was not vacuumed before, nor afterwards. There was also build up of dust and dirt in the corners of the wooden floors that had to be mopped and washed. The cupboards were not clean; there was residue on the countertops. Jeff did do a good job when he returned cleaning the stove (it had food still in the burners after the initial clean) and addressing specific examples. I just wish someone had done a walk through so I didn't have to have ask the company to come in three times. I spent a few hundred dollars for this service and I was very disappointed."
