"****Update **** It's been about a couple years now and I must admit, it's gotten even better with time!***RPM is an excellent company to work for, I have been with the company for 9 months going on 10. I have got to say it is one of the best I have worked for! I have notice at least one person's name on here that gave a bad review and they are a disgruntled worker and quit because they could not have one day off that was requested(for a sound reason). Other than that they had a great work environment. I would greatly recommend working for RPM, please remember some people come on here and write bad reviews because they didn't get their way."

They have never taken me for granted and have always been fair to me. The reason people are posting nonsense on here,I'm sure, is because they are whining because they don't like to work & want everything handed to them for free. "Groovy company to work for. If I didnt have to move I would have stayed until I was too old and unable to work. And if I wished to continue to work the owner Alex would have found something for me like sorting paperclips. Lol. My point is if you do a good job he will do what he can to help you. Alex has always been very kind, flexible and understanding when life happens. I really enjoyed working at Moline's machinery and St. Luke's. I felt blessed every day I got to work with such wonderful people. They were always kind and helpful and I always felt welcomed . Not a day went by that I didnt hear how much they appreciated the good job I was doing. I have tremendous respect for Alex as was not afraid to get his hands dirty and put his health at risk along with the rest of us essential workers during this covid 19 pandemic"
