"We had Mitch demolish a home (including excavating the foundation) and remove a old pool from the backyard. This was a pretty big job - involved working through neighbors' concerns, jumping through various hoops on permitting, and working around other contractors' equipment (tree removal). Mitch did the entire job himself and was a highly skilled equipment operator. He brought the house down over the course of a week or so with no detrimental impact to the nearby neighbor homes that were only 10-15 feet away. He patiently answered questions about how he was approaching the job. He visited the site several times as the project scope changed a few times on our end. The filling and grading of the remaining holes along with laying down erosion control was very well done as well. We highly recommend Mitch for demolition and excavation and would not hesitate to hire him again."
