"I have not actually made it there yet, however I called to make a reservation. She gave me 1 date, which didn't work for us. I started talking and she interrupted me and said yeah, you will Have to call back to figure something out. Probably will not be making reservations. Was really looking forward to this. I will find a similar place that will take the time to find a time that works for both of us."

"Disorganized, cluttered, and dirty interior. Staff was more concerned with their own lives than with assisting us/working. I, however, had a wonderful time because of who I was there with and ultimately we were given everything we needed. But I'm rating it a 2 for objective reasons."

"I called to see if she would hold a class for four after hours and she was so accommodating! Not to mention we had the Groupon so she had no obligation to go out of her way for us. Also, if you are ever in her studio and your piece has eyes, just have her do them. Seriously, I'm an art major and I promise you, you need to just have this happen. The studio is a bit cramped but it reminded me of my college days in the ceramic studio so it didn't bother me at all. This is a local business through and through - SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS!!"

"I took a group of boys for a birthday. The owner was super nice and accommodating. She actually opened the place for us when they were closed so we could have a private group session. She really didn't have to because I bought a Groupon and she wasn't making much money. She even allowed us to bring cupcakes which was much more then I had expected. I was touched that she paid special attention to one of our boys with special needs and made him feel like a million bucks. All the boys were so proud to take their beautiful pieces home. We will definitely go back!"

"My wife had a Living Social deal for her and a friend to color ceramics for her birthday in 2014. After 2 weeks, my wife had not been notified that her piece was completed, so she called and was told that they did not know the status and to call back in a week. When she called back, she was told the piece was ready for pickup. After driving from Madison, we arrived and were told that the piece had cracked in the kiln, was fixed, but had not been refired, so we could not pick it up. For the next several calls, the staff told us that they would mail the piece, taking down our address each time. We offered to pay for the shipping, but were told that they would take care of it and were repeatedly told that it was in the mail. After waiting more than 6 months and more than 10 calls, we still did not receive the piece, so we stopped in. It took more than 10 minutes before someone acknowledged we were there. There were 2 dogs humping in the corner and a bird in a very cramped room full of people. We were told that the piece was mailed 2 days before, but we have still never received it. This ended up being a very bad experience for my wife’s birthday. I strongly suggest going somewhere else."
