"SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND BUY ELSEWHERE!! Earlier this month I bought a rope chain from Kay jeweler in Bay Park Square mall for my birthday later this month and the same day I purchased i noticed a break in chain and had to bring it back to the store where they told me it was not fixable and they will have to order a new one and have it sent to my house out of town and it would take 2-3 day , 4 days go buy and still didn't receive anything, by day 6 I called them and they said its still in the mail, 8 days later I got a call saying that my chain was ready to be picked up at the mall , so after work I had to drive to Green Bay to get it, then I had my new chain for 9 days and this morning when I was putting it on I noticed a break in it again simular to the break from the first one, so once again I had to go back to the mall to this time get a refund for the broken chain they sold me twice and the lady there was rude about the return and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, when I originally purchased it I payed cash and they didn't have enough money at the store to pay me so she asked if I would take a check after agreeing she continued to ring it through and gave me my receipt then told me that it was getting sent in the mail and will be about a week...... so now my birthday is tomorrow and I don't have a chain or the over 800 dollars I spent on it to get one from a better jeweler. Now its back to the waiting game again. Very disappointing in the quality of their products and the staff . Definitely will not be returning, and highly recommend spending your money elsewhere!"
