I took it to the ladies at N.E.W Beads and Jewelry and they were able to repair it. They found a stone that fit and then had to glue it in place when they discovered the prongs were missing. She switched it to a new nylon cord that was non-rip. She replaced the beads and did everything speedy and under one hour -great customer service, great price, great people!!!
