"This organization pays way too little for silver coins. In addition, I was given a post dated check without being told it was post dated. I got more than twice as much on my coins by going elsewhere. Not recommended."

"Have your stuff appraised at the counter. DON’T let them walk into the back!!! My dad passed away in February and my mom went to get his coins appraised for estate reasons. The old lady took my mom’s coins into the back and swapped out an 1812 half dollar with a 1921 coin and told her it only worth $15.00. When my mother said “an 1812 is only worth $15???” the old lady said “yes”. My mom has didn’t catch the swap until she was home. Naturally, they denied everything. But we’ve got documentation and inventory of all my dad’s coins. So we’ll be pursuing legal action against them."

"The prices at American Coin Jewelry were overpriced and I felt cheated out of my hard-earned money, as I expected to receive something worth the price I paid. It is clear that they are taking advantage of the coin collecting market without delivering the standards they claim to uphold."

"Wouldn’t even give a star if I could. First off was “greeted” very rudely by the older lady. Then they assumed because of my color that I had stolen my set of gold coins. They said even tho I was 19 I need to have someone else older in their words to sell to. Came in being super nice asking questions but I was cold so I had a hood on so I’m a criminal apparently. Do better!!!"
