"My main issue here is that there is always 8+ people in line with only ONE cashier open!! This was a Friday night, too. The clothing is often mixed up, especially when searching through clearance. I do appreciate that they have a men's shoes section. Some great deals!"

"After shopping for a dress, I found a few that were super cute. When I walked to their "well advertised" fitting room section, to try on 4 different dresses, they were locked. We asked a front desk associate. They said corporate won't let them open their dressing rooms because they are busy. Well, the handful of customers and I just left our carts there and walked out. Such a shame because the Burlington in Vernon Hills were more accommodating and friendly."

"After shopping for over 30 min and putting more in my cart than I expected. I got up to checkout and there was one register open (on a Sunday morning around 11). The people checking out had a cart full and clerk was not moving fast at all. There was one person in front of me and line growing behind. I know I saw people that worked there down some aisles. I guess stocking. After waiting and people around me getting more frustrated. I left. I know they are short staffed but come on! I will not be back"
