My advice is to have a basic idea of what you want and he will work with you closely to design something well beyond your imagination. What I loved most too was he spent at least half our time explaining different types of stones and ring metals just from a pure educational standpoint. You come away from his shop both with quality, personalized creations and lessons in all things gems.
