"Mary and the staff are truly exceptional! They take the time to make sure they fully understand exactly what you're looking for, with genuine interest, without being pushy or overly "sales-y" like a lot of larger jewelry stores are notorious for. I walked in with a rough idea for an engagement ring I wanted designed. With only a pen and scrap paper, Mary sketched out the design I described and proceeded to create the CAD image for my approval. Mary even had a variety of diamonds sent in so I could choose the best/most appropriate one and even walked me through the C's (Carat, Cut, Color, Clarity) of each! When I received the call the ring was ready (ahead of the quoted date, too!), I was more eager than my 6 year old daughter on Christmas morning to see the finished product.
