"At the time of the appointment, I explained how o wanted my dog groomed. They insured me they would not have to cut her fur. When I picked her up we barely recognized her all of her Fur was cut. Everything is uneven. Not once did they call me and tell me that they would need to cut her fur. My children were in tears when they seen her. She keeps shaking she is cold! We can see her skin! I am very disappointed. I will be contacting the BBB!"
