"I came in, not really sure what I was looking for. After telling them that I wasn't really sure what I was looking for & "just looking" a lady came & started asking a bunch of specific questions. I felt pressured & they didn't have many bracelets or neclaces in the cases to look at anyway, so I left. If I had come in with a more specific idea, I probably would've found her much more helpful. She also might have thought that I was casing the place & got rid of me deliberately. I do have a mustache that some might consider suspicious."

"We have been to Forest Jewelers a few times now. The first time we went in was because my ring got stuck on my finger and I had to get to removed at the hospital. Forest jewelers insured me they could make it brand new again. This was so important to me because the ring was my great grandmas. They fixed it and it looked brand new. We just went in today to pick up my husbands wedding band that they cleaned and resized. They even offered to clean my ring free of charge. I would recommend Forest Jewelers to anyone I know! They do such a good job and they are so polite and nice every time."
