"Had a GREAT time with my 7yo and his 8 and 11yo cousins. I want to give the park a 4+ stars but a few opportunities for improvement; The staff is great. The trails were great, and understood its all in development, so it's only going to get better. We went on a Friday and were close to not making it on a shuttle in the afternoon so it may be worse on a weekend or as it grows in popularity if they don't add more shuttles or a lift. The flatbed shuttle is not ideal, almost worth waiting the extra 30min for the chuckwagon. I should probably split my rating based on the camping vs trail riding, but $174 is too steep for the two is us parking the truck next to the river for $70 and riding for another $104. Maybe if they offered a combo deal, otherwise I'll just drive the hour in the morning - just thought the camping would add to the experience, which it did - but not inexpensive. Again, had a great time, making core memories, and i want to see them succeed, but it's difficult to justify the cost too often..."
"Amazing time! All the trails are well maintained and super fun. Easily the best riding in SD county imo. Staff is friendly and helpful. The shuttle leaves every 30 min and it takes around 20 min to get to the top. 25-30 to descend so you'll have around 10 min break before the next shuttle. Management is working on building more trails and features so it'll only get better!"
"Great experience! Definitely a workout as there are some uphills. Also distance from/to parking and the restaurant is substantial but not an issue. The green trails are a bit more demanding for a beginner than anticipated but overall really fun! The place is magical and the truck ride up the mountain is an experience (fun) on its own. Will be definitely returning. The price is a bit steep but ok for such opportunity. Where else you can you do this all year around? Come with a positive attitude and experience it for yourself!"
"Super fun LONG trails. I couldn't believe how long Bear was. Favorites were Coyote and Sage Shoot. I went on a Friday and met 7 other riders, we had the whole place to ourselves most of the day. After lunch, a few more showed up and still never was crowded. I'll definitely be coming back."
