"Clean, safe open area, safe equipment and railing while also having enjoyable scenery. Baseball field, soccer field, open grass area, sand areas with equipment (toys), multiple slides, tire swing and perfect view for parents to watch their children and/or a set to enjoy with the children. I would honestly give this a perfect rating out of 100."
