"She was really nice, but the communication is zero. She said she had everything she needed to submit my return 4 days ago but nothing has been done since. I’ve called the customer service number and no one can do anything for me except the manager who was supposed to be reviewing my paperwork so it could be submitted. The woman who answered the phone said she would have the supervisor call me after her meeting, that was yesterday morning, still waiting. Update: in retrospect, I do get impatient when I find out I have money floating around. Brianna contacted me and explained the delay, and all is handled now."

"The lady that did my taxes in January failed to tell me that I had to come back to file my state taxes. And other things. Was a pain in the butt trying to get my state taxes done."

"The lady that did my taxes acted like she didn’t know what she was doing. She had to have someone else remote access her computer to find out why my taxes wouldn’t submit. And it took close to 2 1/2 hours for it to be fixed. Then she couldn’t tell me if I was going to be able to get the refund advance again like I did in December."
