"All I have to say is whoever does taxes here better call every day to make sure it’s actually submitted. We waited over a week to find out they were missed something and i found out because I CALLED and now we waited for 3 WEEKS for our taxes to come to our accounts and i called to find out the refund status information and THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE THEM SUBMITTED! Of course our fee money was taken immediately but our taxes are just sitting in the system not even sent out. SO UNACCEPTABLE I am beside myself that this company apparently doesn’t think people who file their taxes want their money!"
