"Definitely don't recommend going to this cummins for any kind of service unless you like being ripped off they tried charging me $136 just to find the engine serial number, and also I went to purchase my oil and found out that they wanted to charge me 3 times the cost of the oil alone the oil only costed me around $200 to pick up and they wanted to charge me almost 700 for them to order oil for my engine! Highly recommend going anywhere but here absolute joke!!!! The only thing they got going for them is they have mostly polite employees and the Cummins name!!! Wish I could give a negative review but can't."
"Needed parts for our Onan RV generator. Thought it needed a thermostat. After talking to Pat, he felt the problem was probably the water pump belt. Bought the belt and John was able to secure a next day delivery on the thermostat. Took the top off the Onan and sure enough the belt was shredded in the bottom of the generator. Working perfectly now! Great service and guidance!"
