They also showed me the box before they took the new filters out so I knew exactly what I was getting. Since you stay in your car, you can ask questions immediately if you don't understand something. "I was by myself traveling 6 hours and had an oil pressure problem on a Sunday. The techs at the shop were so nice to look at my truck and let me know the oil was good and told me I had a leak. Even though they could not fix it, they were reassuring that I could drive if I kept a close eye on my pressure and let me know when I get home to have it serviced at a shop. No charge for wonderful calming advice. I would go to Take 5 for an oil change any day. Great service!"

"I’ve been at one and only one Take 5 location since I got my car and I haven’t even taken it in to anyone else and they told me that I don’t have one screw and the other two are completely stripped. The intake filter can barely come off and now I have to pay for someone else’s mes up when I pay them to not mess it up!"

"I’ve been here maybe 5 times. The young men and young ladies here showed attention to detail each time which I appreciate. One guy, Dylan, saved my butt once and notified me of a coolant leak! He got me squared away. Pro tip is get new windshield wipers while you’re at it. It might not be the most glamorous job but they’ll follow their process with competence and get you on your way."
