Other local companies were scheduling weeks out. Our service tech Craig was amazing! He reviewed all the options so we could select the best unit for us. The price point on the opener units was reasonable and the range from basic to upgraded units was comprehensive but not overwhelming. "They made a mistake but they made it right. My wife and I had them replace the spring on our garage door a couple years ago. About a year and a half later, the wire that runs from the motor to the spring snapped. I had another service come and take a look at it and they said that the spring that was put on was not strong enough to hold the door. As a result the weight was transferred to the motor and the wire, which could not handle it causing it to break. We called back Titan Garage Doors and told them about the issue. They came out, took one look at it and said that the other inspector was exactly right and that they were going to fix it. They did exactly that, replacing the spring for free and giving us a new garage door opener at a considerable discount. The young man who came and put the spring on initially (who I later learned did not work there anymore) was very kind and professional. I feel he simply made an honest mistake. The gentleman who came out to look at it after the wire had snapped was very courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. He was eager to get the situation fixed. It says a lot about a company when they own up to their mistakes and they handle it and they fix it and they don't give you the runaround. A mistake was made but they made it right and it wasn't a nightmare to get it there. I really appreciate their professionalism and their grace and I would absolutely patronize their service again."
