He also helped to take advantage of the unseasonably warm weather to get a new roof installed quickly in order to meet my closing deadline on the house. "When I needed a roof I called several contractors for quotes. There was only one that impressed my parents and I, Adam from Performance Exteriors. When we met and spoke with Adam his years of experience in roofing quickly became obvious. The roof was a combination conventional and flat. The roofing project was challenging enough that two of the contractors didn’t bid. Adam made suggestions that created a roof that is better and more trouble free than the previous roof. When Adam and his team from PE came, there was no goofing around, they were hard workers. The neighbor commented “where the heck did you find those guys, they’re great”. "I would definitely recommend Matt and the team at Performance Exteriors & Contracting for your next roofing needs. Last year we had Performance install a new roof due to hail damage. The Performance team helped us with our Insurance from start to finish and completed our roof within a day and half of starting the project. Recently, we had a leak and needed help diagnosing the problem.We contacted Matt and received a call back within a couple of hours and was able to schedule a time to come out within a few days. Matt let us know their work was under warranty and they would fix any problems for free. The Performance team arrived on time and promptly assessed the problem, determining it wasn’t the roof but my chimney that was the problem.
