"Excellent customer service. The salesman who came to inspect my existing furnace and give me an estimate was down to earth and did not try push upgrades that were not necessary. (Which is a very common practice of a well-known HVAC dealer in Sun Prairie.) Of the three estimates I received, Pharo was also the lowest. If you get a "$149.00 furnace tune-up" by a HVAC company and they try to scare you stating that your furnace dangerous and then they red tag it and then their salesmen try to sell this "upgraded system". Don't fall for it. Get other estimates and/or inspections and you will save yourself a lot of $$$. Thank you Pharo for being an honest and reputable company."

"Pharo is always great! When we've needed service they've come at all hours to help. When they replaced our furnace with a more efficient one I was told it would pay for the upgrade in about 7 years. I was a little skeptical, but it really did pay for itself, and it's also a 2 stage so it's more comfortable here. They do annual checks on the AC and furnace and always let us know what's going on. :)"

"Ryan and Jeff from Pharo Heating and Cooling installed a new furnace, air conditioner and smart thermostat at my home. They arrived promptly and were responsive to my questions/requests. Ryan, Ryan, and Jeff showed promptly on day of install and only took a few hours to replace our furnace, A/C and all the accoutrements. "Last week, Pharo Heating and Cooling installed a new Bryant furnace for us to replace a 15 year old furnace that needed a major repair. We decided to replace it with a new one instead of repairing it. We got quotes from three different contractors and Pharo offered the best overall value considering total cost, product quality, product warranty, and labor warranty. The furnace is a high efficiency model with a two stage gas burner and variable speed blower. On the day of the scheduled installation, the two technicians, Ryan and Ryan, showed up on time and had the old furnace removed and the new one installed, tested, and functional in about four hours. They also installed a new thermostat that was more modern and simpler to use. They left everything spotless and no additional cleanup was required after they left. Today the local inspector checked everything over and said the job was professional with no issues. Since the installation, we already received an email confirmation from Bryant with our warranty information which means that Pharo properly took care of the product registration for us. We called Pharo based on a recommendation from a friend and we are glad we did. We will recommend them to others as well. We will call them in the future when it is time to eventually replace our central AC."
