From the initial consultation to the actual install, RG is extremely professional, upfront, and transparent about everything. What impressed me the most is that I could picture exactly what needed to be done to get the system installed, all because they are sooo detailed in their explanations. There are no hidden costs that sneak up on you on install day-- the quote given in advance is precisely what you pay. Communication is excellent all around and no corners are cut. "I rarely write reviews but this place is unprofessional and charges extra hidden fees. For my heater replacement they charged me triple the price and sent me an extra bill on top of it. Staff is friendly but management is not responsive to feedback. This is just a cautionary review for future customers. I highly recommend finding another service. Or at least check the prices on the market and be aware of hidden fees if you choose to work with them."

The installation process was smooth and organized with consistent communication during the process. As a single mom, home maintenance needs with a high price tag can be stressful. "We had a Mitsubishi heat pump installed in our house, and our experience with RG was excellent. We got a few estimates from other companies before doing the work and Andrew from RG was by far the most thorough when searching for places to install the outdoor unit and run the line sets in a way that would be as unobtrusive as possible. RG was surprisingly quick to schedule both our estimate and our installation. When the installation workers arrived, they were caught off guard a little because they were expecting to install the outdoor unit in a different location than we had planned with Andrew, but they quickly adapted and did a great job. They wore shoe covers in our house and laid plastic down over the carpet where they were working. The entire installation took about five hours and we're very happy with their work! Highly recommended!"
