Frank spent about 6 days at our house and did really excellent work, dealt with the city inspector, and educated us. He had to come back to fix a few dripping soldering areas that we noticed later (which can be hard to get right) and he came back promptly. All payment was made afterwards and matched our quote exactly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and have already referred them."
