"Friendly... But I wouldn't recommend as he had the same idea (replace the power supply) I had. Problem is he wanted 3 days to do a job I did in an hour. And that includes the time it takes to drive to Best Buy. He also seemed to lack knowledge of modern computer parts. At one point stating that my I5 13600k wasn't good enough and needed an I7. Point blank I don't let anyone touch my machine that has less knowledge then I do. If you have a good knowledge of PCs then you're better off just doing it yourself. If you don't then give him a shot."

"Steve did a great job! Dropped off my daughters computer on Thursday and would have been able to pick up the next day, but we had to wait for a part to be shipped. Part came on Sunday and I got the computer back that same day. Would definitely go back!"

My son was having screen issues with his alien ware, I took it in on a Wednesday and told him we would be going out of town on Friday and needed it done by then, well he had it fixed and added more speed, it was ready to be picked up by Thursday afternoon and works perfectly!
